Cut and paste chapter markers
Can anyone remind me how to cut (or copy) and paste chapter markers, along with footage?
I'm cutting all footage and chapter markers from one project and putting in another...I believe Mike K. told me how, but I've forgotten, it's a couple of years. I did do a search of this forum and in Vegas and can find nothing...

I go to View, click Edit Details to show, in the Edit Details tab "Show Markers", then highlight the details, and copy and past. This is also a nice way to neaten up the number. One of the things that drove me crazy was that Vegas would not renumber the markers when I had to insert one. If you copy the Markers, then erase all the markers and paste them back in, they reorder so that they ascend with time.
