Vegas Pro 9e - Can't render AC3

I'm trying to render an audio stream to AC3 with Vegas Pro 9e and it's telling me I need DVD Architect installed and registered, which I do have. So what could be going on?

Installing and activating DVD Architect is what unlocks AC3 encoding. If that has been properly done, you may need to contact Sony Customer Support.
