Pointing to new location of files=crash

When I move my files to a new folder I expect Vegas to see this and ask me to point to the new location. But now, with Vegas Pro 10, as soon as I open the new location folder, Vegas stops and asks me for a report, which I have filled out several times in a row.

Questions: Does this report on the spot equal a bug report? If not, would someone please try to recreate this so I can properly fill out a ticket? If I should have to do this, where will I find the place to fill out the ticket? I've never done this before.

I got it figured out. The very first file of that batch of AVIs was a stray and corrupt file that didn't even belong there. When Vegas opened the new folder and stumbled into that file it triggered a shut down.
