Audio track question
I have a dance recital to edit and what I usually do is put all the dances on one track with black inbetween to dip in and out of. I just started using Vegas 9e as my primary editor. In my other NLE, I could select the different clips and adjust the audio on that clip separately even though they were on the same track. In Vegas it seems that I can do it but have put an envelope on the track and key frame the levels. Is there an easier way to adjust individual clips on the same track without key framing?

There sure is a way :-)
Move the cursor up to the top of any audio event. You'll see it change to a hand with a finger pointing up and the words "Gain is 0.0 dB". Click and drag the audio down to the desired level. |

Thanks so much. I know Vegas has a lot of capability it's just learning how to work with it.
