I convert to cineform from my 5Dmk2 24 fps MOV I tried to find the appropriate project to produce a 720p HD for YouTube/Vimeo. I had found a setting template that worked great with the 30 fps but when I tried to find the right settings, I didn't even see 24 as a choice for the project properties. See screenshot attached
The render can be set as custom but have no idea what optimal settings would be. Do I need to upgrade to Pro? What are good settings for this - i was under impression that mp4 was the best format for Vimeo/YouTube HD rendering.

Your export settings look fine for Vimeo, just make sure to set the bit rate properly - 5,000,000 bps (5,000 kbps) and the audio settings should be AAC 44.100kHz up to 320 kbps, though 128 kbps works. ** Vimeo Compression Guidelines.
