How can I create a Comic book look in Sony Vegas Pro.

1. Can I use newsprint to get the large comic book ink
2. is there a way to get a graduated look

Interested in creating a background for some comic book style fonts.

http://www.newbluefx.com/ has a free FX called Cartoonr that might do what you want.
