Broken Vegas :( ?

Hey Guys, anyone have an answer for this?
New project, everytime I add a new track it already has a glow effect in the track fx.
Have shut down Vegas at least 3 times. Have re booted PC the same.
Not a huge drama, but annoying none the less.
thanks for any info.

You added it and saved it. To get rid of it:

Start a new project and add a new video track.
DELETE that effect from the track
Right-click a blank spot on the track header and choose "Set Default Track Properties"

That dialog also has a "restore default" option as well.
