MB Mojo for Vegas Pro 10

Anyone know why they have not made this plug-in compatible for Vegas Pro 10 yet?

i saw postings somewhere (a year or so ago, can't remember where sorry) indicating sales from Vegas users was much lower than Adobe/etc, so they bailed... maybe wrong, but i think that's the story.

emails i received from them (i purchased MB Look for Vegas 8) re development of Colorista for Vegas were basically "maybe but not now".

maybe OpenFX will change things but i wouldn't hold my breath.

Well that blows!!!! Thanks for the information. I noticed that when I downloaded it, it wouldn't work in Vegas Pro 10, but it showed up in my old Vegas Movie Studio HD 10. I may reload the old Movie Studio program again as a secondary location to edit.

I bought Mojo a year ago and it didn't work. At least Red Giant was nice about it and offered to refund my money. I suspect that the higher end filter developers look at Vegas as a 'less than serious' editor. I think they believe that the class of user who would buy higher end filters would most likely be using other "more serious" editors. As a result, they feel the investment required to support Vegas would not bring a good return. Hopefully, now that Vegas 10 offers a more standard interface for developers, this situation will improve because the development cost to support Vegas will be less and the cost versus return on investment will 'pencil out' better. Companies usually base these decisions on considerations such as market demand, development cost and return on investment. Somebody's favorite editor doesn't enter into it even though some have their feelings hurt by it.
