Divide Frame GPU Decoder with Vegas 9.0c?

has anybody successfully installed the GPU Decoder plugin with Vegas 9.0c? I know it's only for Vegas x86 right now - I assume it will work on a 64-bit system though, right? I have both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Vegas 9.0c installed on my Windows 7 machine.

I have an Nvidia GTX 260-based video card (it's one of the supported ones) with the latest drivers.

I would have pinged Divide Frame's forums but they're down for maintenance.
