opening MOV audio files in timeline
I have some MOV audio files that can't be dragged to the timeline. I can open them and they play in quicktime player but Vegas timeline wants no part of them. I tried changing the extensions, no luck. Any suggestions?
EDIT: Probably not the best solution, but MPEG Streamclip did the job. Hey, it's free. Last edited by Brian Luce; October 28th, 2009 at 02:58 PM. |

Are you running Pro 9.0c (just released yesterday)?
It has some QuickTime fixes specifically aimed at QT 7.6.4 (the one causing Vegas users ALL kinds of grief). |

I had the same issue with QT 7.6.4 running Vegas 8.0c Vista 32bit. I did reinstall an earlier version of QT and it fixed the issue. Other than that, I haven't a clue...

Brian, download 9.0c. 9.0a is the worst release of 9.0 (lot's of issues like titles that disappear) that have since been resolved.
