m2t file corruption
I've got a problem and hoping for some insight. I have a number of 720-24p HDV files from a JVC GY-HD100 that are now playing back stuttery. This is in Vegas 7, 8 and 9 and in VLC. They were fine before. I've copied some files to a different hard drive and one was fixed and the other is still stuttery.
I've never had problems with mt2. This problem is kind of melting my brain. The only change I've made to my machine was to install Raylight to handle some HVX clips. Any info would be awesome. |

For lack of any other ideas use Windows error checking to automatically fix errors. I did it on a drive that held a 100GB folder that had been corrupted and it is now perfect. Go figure.

Might give that a try after I do a full back up of the project - thanks for the suggestion.
just an update, converting the files to cineform seems to be the fix. |
