Blurring a license plate, how?
In my country it is common to blur a car's license plate which is involved in an accident when broadcasting it. Is there an easy way to do such a thing in Vegas and if so how do you do that? I'm using Vegas 8. Somebody maybe can help?

Masking is the way. Keyframe the mask for the entire period required. U are basically cutting a hole to show the layer below. Duplicate the layer without the mask and apply a blur.
