Quasar Codec?
I have had a strange experience. I worked on a project last night that I had captured from my cheap Mini DV. TOday when I try to load it, the project will not load because of the capture file. I am missing the Quasar Codec or something strange like that. I don't know where I can get it because it seems to be a .tar file. What is going on with that? Any ideaS?

yes, I was there already as I said it is like the tarz extension, so I am not sure how to use it. Anyone else have this issue? Something working perfectly and then not and have this Firewire Quasar codec problem?

"tar" is like "zip". It's a means of compressing one or more files into a single file for downloading purposes.
