Reduce Interlace Flicker

Apologies if this has been posted before..

In DVDA, on the menu page properties window (default opens on the right side of the screen) there is tha tab to switch on or off interlace Flicker.

Anyone able to say when to use, or not use theis?

sometimes stills have a tendecy to flicker when playing especially when doing a picture compliation. That's a good time to turn it on.
