DVD Arch - Render message

Hi All,
Probably very simple, but I just can't seem to fix this issue. A project with no buttons, i.e. insert DVD and auto play with looping as a end action.
I just drop and dragged the vid and ac 3 files into the timeline but when I go to render I get " The estimated total size of all menus is greater than the maximum of 1 gb".
So I know that it is treating the vid as a menu preview or similar. How should I have things so that I can get the project to render. I have done this in the past with no problems, so I not sure what I have or haven't done this time around.
Thanks in advance for any help on this one, I am sure that it is a easy fix.
Regards,
Colin

Since you want it to autoplay, try "File - New - Single Movie".

Thanks guys works fine. After 4 years using DVD arch, I always assumed that "New" was just for projects.
You learn something every day.
Thanks for that.
