Cant hear Left side in trimmer. Help! at DVinfo.net

Hi everyone. For some reason vegas has stopped letting me hear any audio in the trimmer.

It also happens when i drag the clip into the timeline untill i set the audio to left channel only. Then it plays fine as does a stereo track. Both speakers are working fine and other apps are also working fine

Any ideas??

Is it possible that the clip only has audio on the right side and both of your speakers are only playing audio that is on the left side?
