Carl Adahl's 6 Vector Color Corrector
Some of you folks may have missed Carl's post on other forum boards. He has created an R-G-B-M-Y-C color corrector plugin for Vegas that works very well as a substitute for the secondary color corrector. It allows changes to each of the 6 colors independently without multiple instances of the plugin.
Give it a try from Carl's Website. |

From monitoring the other posts, it appears that this plug-in is crashing on a lot of machines. Might want to wait until this all gets sorted out.

AFAIK, it didn't crash the machines. It caused an exception error in Vegas on Athlon XP and PIII machines when the plugin was selected. That was fixed with version 0.9.2c. Works fine now with my Athlon.

I downloaded the plugin. It works great, but it only allows me to choose the red channel. The dropdown menu doesn't have any other options. Am I missing something here?

Ryan,
Are you using V4 or V5? I notice that I have that problem on Vegas 4. Carl knows about it and is working on a fix. |

V4. Thanks, it's good to know that he's working on it. It's a brilliant plugin.

You might send him the specs on your system. He may need that info for troubleshooting.

Guy,
I've been in touch with him. I can't wait to play around with this once all the kinks are worked out.

Yes he has. Carl is a god! I love this. It's far easier to control than Vegas' stock Secondary Color Corrector.
