Can't create bluray with menus in Architect

I use separate audio/video files created in Vegas (1440x1080 BluRAy 15Mbps template). When I get it to Architect it shows disc will be 80% full. When I rendered it it crashed and showed me the message:
"Error occurred while preparing compilation"

Details:

File name: STREAM/00001.m2ts
Status: TSWrapper.dll::CTSWrapper::ProcThreadMain::Video buffer underflows. -"

so I wnt to Sony web site ( Video Buffer Underflow error during prepare of Blu-ray Disc project)
and did whatever they suggested to do but nothing helped. Then I noticed in "Optimize" that Menu and Scene Selections are having yellow square while video file is OK with green mark. Even if I remove the still shot and music from Menu and Scene Selections and leave it default blank it shows me that yellow square and crashes the Architect.
What shall I do!?
