What should I render too?

Ok, so I need to put a video online in very high quality and will be using vimeo. BUT, what should I render my m2t files too, before I upload them?
thanks in advance!

Mpeg4 (AVC) 1280x720 6Mbps. Use either the Sony or Mainconcept choices. Either works just fine.

thanks guys Alot!!
Now when you go to File, then properties, what settings do you have set? What is pixel format: 8bit, is this what I should be using?
Motion Blur type: Gaussian?
When I look at deinterlace method, for online videos I should use Interpole fields, but what is blend fields then? is this used for TV?

Please use it as in the tutorial. If the tutorial doesn't say anything about it, just use the defaults. These are the simplest options.
