copy/transfer markers?
I regularly copy everything in an instance of Vegas and copy it to another. Is it possible to copy or cut the chapter markers also?

It sure is Jeff and here's how I do it.
In Edit Details in the first project, select Markers in the Show column. Click the blank space under the word Show (above the #1 and to the left left of Position) to highlight everything. Do a Ctrl+C to copy. Start a new instance of Vegas, open Edit Details, click that same box and paste by doing Ctrl+V. |

Agree with Mike. If you haven't looked at "Edit - Details" - you seriously need to do so. There's a wealth of information there plus it's easier to do some mass changes there instead of manually on the timeline.
