Back to Vegas

Well, I gave Final Cut Pro a whirl for the past 8-10 months, but have decided to come back to Vegas. Much more user friendly IMO. I feel like a newbie all over again, so my question is this. Is there a way to adjust the magnification steps while zooming on the timeline with the wheel mouse? I have made adjustments in the mouse software itself, but whenever I use the scrolling zoom on the timeline, each "click" of the wheel mouse magnifies about 2X. I would like to have a much smaller magnification with each wheel click. The arrow keys work perfectly as far as the amount of zoom per keystroke, but the wheel mouse zoom is killing me. I dont remember Vegas 7 being this way. BTW, I am using the trial version of 9.

Regards,

Jim

I don't know of a way to adjust the mouse wheel zoom other than adjusting things through Window's Control Panel.
