Problem Starting Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9
*Timeline*
I downloaded the trial version of Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9 to my computer. Worked great no problems. After the trial ended I purchased a copy. When installing the purchased copy I was instructed to first remove the trial version which I did. After the installation when I try to start the program I get the screen that says "your trial has ended would you like to purchase". I uninstalled again as well as deleted the registry keys. I got the same message again after reinstalling and starting the program. Has anyone seen this before and if so what can I do to remedy the situation? Kevin |

So say "YES". Then enter the serial number you received! The trial and full products are exactly the same - except the trial expires. Now you need to say "YES" to purchasing. You have the necessary serial number so there will be no waiting!

Thanks. That did it. Believe it or not I did do that but I always went to the web option which takes you to the shopping cart in the sony store. This time I clicked on the phone option which tells you to phone in your order them input the serial number for activation. Thanks Again, Kevin |
