32 bit v 64 bit
I still haven't got a grip on the 32 bit v 64 bit deal.
Am I right in thinking that if your computer is using XP, then the 64 bit Vegas won't work on it? If that is the case, then I guess I don't need to know any more at this stage. |

The 64-bit version of Vegas officially supports Vista 64. So if you're using the 32-bit version of XP, you'll have to use the 32-bit version of Vegas.
There are some people running the 64-bit version of Vegas on the 64-bit version of XP but it's not officially supported.

I'm running XP 64bit (8 gig ram) and Vegas 8.1 - works fine.
