Surround Renders

I have veg open in 5.1 on HD timeline. There are 8 audio tracks. No matter what I do it will not render out to DVDA Vid Stream without crashing in random places. Grabbing small segments in the 2-5 minute range renders fine. Trying to render the entire project is a bust. is there a way to render out to HD/avi with multiple audio tracks that could then be re-opened in new veg file and mastered as a surround mix, then to DVDA? I cant figure out how to get a 120 min surround project to DVD because Vegas wont render this thing in long format. Getting nervous...

Have you tried rendering a separate video and audio file? Render a M2V and a separate AC3 file and see if that works. DVDa tends to like the separate files anyway.
