How to flip an image with Vegas 7
Hi
If I use a 35mm lens adaptor like Brevis 35, without the flip module, how can I flip the inverted image with Vegas to edit it? Is there any render (with loss of video quality)? Thanks Ron |

Hi Ron. You can use Pan/Crop to turn the image upside down, which makes a non-flip Bervis image the right way up. You can edit with this in the timeline so there is no remder generation loss. Might slow down playback a little bit, depending on your system, but shouldn't have significant quality loss in final render.

I've heard tell that this plugin does a better job than vegas natively. That was with an older version of vegas, but it's probably worth trying to see if you get better preview performance.

To do that, open Pan/Crop, right click the "F" area that shows the image, and you'll find two "flip" options - one for vertical and one for horizontal.
