just thinking, what settings should i have the HDD set to in explorer disc tools? wha ti mena is that you know when u right click on the drive and you can set up disc checks etc, in there one of the drives is set to compress files to save disc space, while the other isnt.
I didnt set these drives up, but i dunno if thats significant... i changesd the setting sand ran a repair reinstall, but i think im just gonna redo the whole thing... |

hmm.. well the source drive which houses all teh captures has this enabled, while the master drive which has the finsihed files has this DISABLED...
im thinking this could be the cause.. i cant change anything system wise now as im almost finished with this project im working on right now, but what im going to do is to render the main movies audio as ac3 from within Vegas , then render the footage to aviDV in vegas and convert the footage only to mpg within Architect... that might be the only solution... strange thing is it doesnt matter which drive i use, all the files i use come up with these errors.... |
