AVC INtra 100 on Vegas
I'm considering adding the new Panasonic HPX301 to our list of cameras. Before I do, I'd obviously like to know if it's going to be something we'd be able to edit from, without ending up with a nightmare!
I'd like to move away from MPEG formats due to the GOP, which looks horrible on high motion and am interested in the AVC INtra Codec. Does anyone have any experience of editing this material on Vegas? Anyone know what to expect? many thanks in advance Stuart |

Sorry, getting confused after a long week. The question was specific to the new JVC gyhm700, not the panasonic
anyone had any experience with editing MOV's or MP4s on the Vegas timeline? My only experience of editing MOVs in Vegas was a bad one. Looking at getting a couple of new JVCs or Panasonics in but need to know if we'll end up with grief! I've never used P2 cards either so if anyone knows of the workflow, problems no problems with Vegas and P2 aswell I'd appreciate a tip off!
