2 dv Arc ?s

good evening,

1. does DA recognise dual layer discs? can't seem to get it to.

2. Burning blu Ray to dvd.

real short pieces burn no problem.

rendering from cineform with CC, & effects seems to hang up ( bar graph hangs at 6 or 8 min) or take forever, or should I just leave it alone forever! ( I use a I7 quad).

Can you burn blu ray to a dual dvd for a 30 minute piece?

Thank you for your time!!!

Dale,
Yes DVDA burns to DL discs no problem. I use them for projects over 2hrs. long as the drop in quality on single layer for that length is more than I can bear. I use A-ONE full-face printable discs to great effect - and not a single coaster to date! (touch wood).

Are you burning BD to a standard DVD? If so, you're limited to about 20 minutes of footage. I don't think it will recognize DL discs in this situation.
