how to create that style
I try to create that style like in the (Plain White T's - Hey There Delilah) music vide - see on youtube, but it looks complicted to create some sort of template for different video placements in Vegas. I used event pan/crop and track motion track but it leads to creting multiple tracks on top of each other. Is there any simple way to deal with that. If Vegas had "motion track" for video event it would be much simplier. Any advise will be appreciated.

You don't need motion tracking for this effect. First thing is the setup. There are masks involved. Sometimes one video clip is shown as a whole through the individual windows and at other times there's other bits of video in certain windows. You are going to have to have multiple video tracks (one for each window) The effect you are trying to acheive is attainable with masks, pan/crop and parent-child track relations. And it is all possible in Vegas.
