youtube desperation

Hi,

I'm writing in here as last resource because I've been trying all day long and I don't get the results that I was hoping for. I need to upload a few high quality videos to youtube for a customer. I've followed all the guidelines everywhere on the web (including here) and I can only get one of the videos to give me the option 'watch in high quality' even though they're all are encoded at the same quality, size, par, etc......why!!!!
links:
high quality one --> YouTube - Altitude 360 London - Venue Presentation
poor quality one --> YouTube - altitude 1st anniversary new tag

mp4, 864*486, PAR 1.000, VBR 768000-4000000

what's wrong?

thanks!

have you tried rendering to 640x360 (wmv or h.264) and uploading that?

Thanks for your replies Keith,

I've always been able to watch the HQ version with the '&fmt=18' tag that's why is so frustrating, I want it to be that way by default!
I think that I've tried everything but it doesn't work : (
what I don't understand is why only one of them can be seen in HQ, maybe youtube applies certain restrictions so you can only have certain amount of HQ videos?
