Map/Video Overlay
I don't know if this can be done or even how to search for the term on this site but here goes.
I have Movie Studio Platinum v9 and I'm trying to put together some videos of walking and climbing in Scotland. When describing the route I would like to be able to show either a still image of a map or a still/video image of the climb. Onto that image I want to overlay a line that moves round the walk on the map or up the climb route to show where the route/walk goes. I have NO IDEA of how to do this, or even if it can be done. Can anyone help (or even understand this rather vague question...lol). Rich |

See if this tutorial helps you to do what you want to do.

Vol 4 #3 of my newsletters explains how to do this. Some parts are only in the pro version (i.e. using Pan/Crop masks) but other parts are in all versions.
