Best render for Australia (PAL)

Hi, I’ve been creating projects using footage shot using my Sony SR11 in PAL HD 16:9. Which download as AVCHD (.mts2).
What is the best Vegas render for using in DVD Architect to create DVD Disks?
What is the best Vegas render for using in DVD Architect to create Blu-ray Disks?

16:9 is a popular format in Australia these days, even the free-to-air TV stations are broadcasting in HD 16:9 so it makes sense to record in this format. Currently I’m rendering as an avi file (PAL widescreen) for DVD and things look good but want to make sure I’m squeezing the very best quality possible. I don’t have a blue-ray burner… yet :)

Thanks
