Where's the audio on external preview?
Using a firewire deck and NTSC monitor for preview. Is there not a way to send audio with the video over the firewire cable? I'm doing the computer audio out with sync delay method right now in the monitor preference panel.

For preview, the audio comes out the computer speakers - even when you are previewing on an external monitor.
When you print to tape, the audio will go over firewire. That's the way it works.
