Cannot render large files as mp4 (H.264)
I cannot render my project as mp4 if the resulting file is over 2GB. I have noticed other people have also had this problem. My source files are the mxf files created from the XDCAM browser for my Sony PMW-EX1 camera. If I render my footage of about an hour in length using either the Main Concept or Sony H.264 codec at about 8mb constant bit rate (resolution and frame rate kept the same as my original footage) the resulting file is larger than 2GB and does not play - appears corrupted.
Can anyone else successfully create an h.264 mp4 larger than 2GB using Vegas? Is this a Vegas bug? Any suggestions and advice would be appreciated.
