AVI vs WMV = different contrast?

Hi everyone,

Here's a thing I've noticed for a while now, when I render a video on Vegas 7, I normally render using AVI files, but sometimes when I need a smaller file I render using WMV files, but my problem is the difference in contrast between the two filetypes, the AVI files turn out much darker, If I want to match the AVI files using a WMV file I have to add about 20% of contrast.

To fix this problem the only thing I can do is add a track FX with 20% more contrast.

Is there something else I can do? Is this a problem with Vegas?
