Pop up title
This should be easy. I simply want a opaque band to pop up at the bottom of my video to take up 15-20% of the screen with title text, stay for 5 seconds, then retract. What am I missing?

As a beginner, I'm looking for step-by-step instructions for what I've described. Searched YouTube and VASST. Yes, lower thirds is helping, but I'm spending more time than I would hope.

I also discuss how to create lower-thirds in my newsletters. You might want to check that out as well.
