White flash effect
Hello,
I would like to ask you If is possible in Vegas is possible to do white flash effects which are used in short cuts especially in trailers? Thanks for any useful reply |

In the Transitions tab is a Flash FX.
Drag clip 2 over top of clip 1 for the desired length of time and then apply the Flash FX over top of the Dissolve. There are 3 to choose from but any of these can be modified to suit your needs. |

In the middle of a clip you could also use cookie cutter to simulate a point flash. I messed around with the idea in Vegas for the first time in this DVChallenge film (see at 1:11 and 1:35 for examples), put I know I could do a lot to improve the look...
