32-bit render color space off in other apps

Howdy folks,

I'm trying to solve for several issues here. Here's what I got:

1) When rendering a uncompressed AVI in Vegas, it will not open up in anything outside in Vegas. An example would be when trying to open up in VirtualDub it states that the SFDB codec could not be found.

2) If I do a NTSC 24p DV Widescreen I can open it just fine in other apps, and when I open up in VirtualDub the color's look spot on as in Vegas in the original file, but the colors in the preview are "darkened". Same thing happens when I open up in Sorenson Squeeze

3) Tried rendering as an xvid for sh*t's and giggles, and the colors weren't AS off but still off.

Basically, what's the best way to render a 32-bit SD Widescreen project out of Vegas to import into other apps for processing for online posting. I'm mainly wanting to import into Squeeze to export to various other formats such as FLV ..
