Main screen set-up at DVinfo.net

I have a really dumb question. I just purchased VMS 9 and when I installed the software I did not like the main screen look. The Track list's were on the bottom and the project media was on the top with the Video preview window on the top right. Can you tell me how to get the Tracks list on the top of the screen and the project media at the bottom right. Then get the Video preview window on the bottom right of the screen.

Depending on similarity to Vegas Pro; if it is the same:

Go to prefs to select whether tracks are top or bottom.

Drag, snap and drop the various explorer, project media, preview, mixer, and other panes to where you want them.
