Reversing a flag at DVinfo.net

Have this flag shot, but as you can see its backwards, Can anyone try and filp this image within vegas so its on the left and the text is the right way around? It does'nt seem to want to go the right way, tried event ,pan crop, also right clicked, properties, rotation. but no luck.

Right-click in the Pan/Crop field. You get some 180 degree flip options.
