AVC Aspect Ratio Problem

Hi folks. I'm trying to render a file into AVC mp4 for ipod playback. The aspect ratio is screwed no matter the Pixel Aspect ratio selection is 1 or 1.333. Can someone verify this is a bug? I was able to get it right with 8b! I'm not sure if it was due to Vegas 8c or some Quicktime upgrade. Thanks!
