Help about disable resample
Hi,
Is there a way to apply a "disable resample" to all the clips on the timeline? Thank you! |

Just for others, there's at least two ways to do this:
1. Use a script. 2. Select all of them, go to Edit - Switches - Disable Resample

Can you tell me in what instances you would want to turn resampling off? I'm a Vegas newbie and interested in exporting from a PAL HDV timeline in best possible quality (using either a high quality avi codec or possibly png sequence). Should I set my material for no resampling to achieve that? The timeline material has just cuts, no fades or colour correction, but if I wanted to do colour correction in Vegas before export, does this make no resampling impossible (because I've changed the video)? I have shot my material with a Canon HV20 in prgressive mode, so I have set the project for no fields (I assume that is correct). I'm using Vegas pro 8.0.
Many thanks. |
