Quicktime problem - no video track on timeline
Someone sent me a video in QuickTime format. I can play the video using Quicktime Player but when I place it on the Vegas (v6) timeline I'm only getting an audio track...no video track. I have placed Quicktime files on the timeline before without any issues.
Suggestions? |

You may have to update QT. Also, what codec is it? It may be that Vegas can't decode it. QT isn't a codec, it's a container.

Thanks. Updated QT but that didn't help. I found a program that let me convert from QT to an AVI and that did the trick.
