How to render as m2v?

It seems when I first installed Vegas "m2v" is what it did by default (which is what I want along with a separate ac3 audio file). Now all it does is render as "mpg".

I thought the "DVD Architect NTSC Video Stream" template would produce m2v files but it doesn't. Can somebody tell me what settings to use to generate m2v files again?

Editing SD footage by the way.
