HDV to Flash work flow?

Just encoded my 1st HDV video to flash and it looks like crap. In dv with Vegas I used to render to AVI then open it in Adobe Flash CS3 Video Encoder and create a Flash video and it looked great. I just realize that I probably should not render HDV to an AVI but can figure out what to render to in Vegas as Adobe Flash encoder does not accept M2T files. Anyone have a solution?

What .avi template are you rendering to? I don't know the best setting for HD, but have you tried uncompressed? Wow, that would be a BIG file!
