Movie Studio Platinum - Strange Hard Drive Issue
Hi,
I've just installed an internal 750GB SATA hard drive to capture to. After capturing about 1h45m of HD footage I've now switched to SD and Video Capture says I have 4h32m of storage left! A 200MB empty external IDE hard drive apparently has 14hrs of storage available. What gives? Is it something to do with mixing HD and SD footage? Is it possible that you actually have 1 or 2 DAYS + 4 hours + 32 minutes of capture space? And the DAYS are being dropped off?

Possible I guess ... or whether it doesn't recognise more than 24hrs ...

Well it's confirmed - Movie Studio can't correctly display the capacity of a hard drive with more than 24hrs of storage capacity! It resets to zero at 24hrs!
