Stretch a 4:3 video into a 16:9 project?
I am working with a widescreen project in Vegas 8 (NTSC DV Widescreen (720x480, 29.970 fps)). I have an mpeg I want to add to it, but this mpeg is 4:3. I need to be able to stretch this mpeg to match the rest of the projects widescreen properties. This mpeg is only a clip of clouds, so stretching it would'nt make much difference (the stretched or squashed look). I do not want to see the black bars on either side of this clip, and using zoom and pan isn't an option because there's some text on the bottom, that I cannot reproduce as it is in Korean. Any ideas on how to do this?
