audio at wrong hz? maybe?

I have some audio that was sent to me from an audio studio and the sound is playing at the wrong speed (too slow).

The file is tagged as 48kHz 24bit and is playing to slow. Is there a way to force Vegas to read it as say 44.1kHz or 16bit?

Actually it plays fine, just does this in the time line only

Never mind, don't work at 4am.
I must've changed the time stretch when I was in the properties screen.
