Hi Edward,
Thanks once again for the reply. I should clarify, I'm trying to mimic the source window from Premiere in Vegas's Trimmer Window and have already created macros with my Shuttle Pro to solve some problems such as Vegas's "Add Media From Cursor" with ripple edit is flawed as if the insertion point on the timeline is over an event that doesn't already have a split, then the event does not ripple but the rest of the timeline does, so one of my macros creates the split first and then does the "Add Media From Cursor". So what I'm trying to do now is jump to the end point of a loop region in the trimmer window to perform my next cut as opposed to mousing it and guessing when I have switched panels. I know I can just drag the in point from the looping region but for workflow purposes would like a keyboard shortcut. Basically I need a place holder when dealing with long clips. Thanks once again. From the help:
Go to beginning of time selection or viewable area (if no time selection) > Home key Go to end of time selection or viewable area (if no time selection) > End key |
