rendering to quicktime question

I'm not an expert in Quicktime. In Vegas I have a project set to NTSC DV Widescreen. I want to render out to uncompressed Quicktime file. However, when it renders out, it is squished into 4:3.

In the "custom template" menu for Quicktime, there is no choice of widescreen under Frame Size. If I set it to "use project settings" I get 720x480 but with a 4:3 pixel ratio. There are a handful of choices for pixel ratio, but none of them are right for 16:9.

Am I doing something horribly wrong?
